2026 Staff Forms

Dear staff,

Thank you for joining us. While the focus of these camps and all that we do is the children and youth, you are an essential cornerstone in making that possible. We hope you know what a wonderful gift it is that you are offering them. Thank you.

You’ll find two forms: one for those 18 and older who can sign for themselves, and another for those under 18, which requires a guardian’s signature to complete the process.

2026 Staff Dates

Canoe Camp

9th - 12th Graders
July 15 - July 25 | Hayward/Trego/Danbury, Wisconsin

Staff dates: Ideally, staff will arrive one day before and stay one day after camp, making the dates July 14–26.

We move into Luther Park on Monday, July 27th, where we begin Camp Greenwood Lake.

Canoe Camp pickup is Saturday, July 25th, which means a group of us will spend two nights at the landing (or another nearby location) before we move in on the 27th.

It would be wonderful if staff could meet sometime on the 25th, after campers depart, for a debrief. Last year, we all stayed at the landing and gathered by the fire for a reflection meeting in the evening, which worked really well.

I am also hoping to meet a day early—on July 14th—to do the same type of gathering and preparation before Canoe Camp begins.

Camp Greenwood Lake

3rd - 8th Graders
August 1 - 12 | Danbury, Wisconsin (7-minute drive from where we end Canoe Camp)
Staff dates: July 27 - August 14 (some flexibility)
