How We Operate
While we’re committed to making camp accessible to all, it is important to note that Adventure Camps operates as a non-profit without a financial cushion. We do not have savings or an endowment to rely on—each year, we break even thanks to donations and the generosity of those who believe in the value of our camps and because our team dedicates their time and resources. Your support helps ensure Adventure Camps can continue to exist as a space where everyone is welcome to explore, grow, and build lasting memories.

We can divide payments into as many installments as you’d like, even small weekly payments if that’s what works best for you. This approach is often our preferred way of operating, as it helps ensure camp is accessible to all. Reach out to us to request a payment plan, and together we’ll make it happen!

Financial aid is available based on need and availability. No one is ever turned away from Adventure Camps for financial reasons. There’s no formal application—simply contact us, and we’ll work together to find a solution (truly, anything).

Payment Options
When you fill out the registration for a camp, the camp gets added to your “Cart” and to complete the registration process you must checkout. Our checkout process offers several methods of payment. Additionally, to avoid the rising costs of payment processor fees, we also accept checks, money orders, and Zelle payments. Use the code “CHECK” or “ZELLE” at checkout to bypass the payment processor and send payments via Zelle or check.
We offer a $100 discount for each sibling that attends one of our camps. Enter the code SIBLING when checking out to activate this discount.
