Kasper F. Marona

Director

Kasper Marona has been a dedicated part of Adventure Camps since 2012 and a camper even before then, bringing years of experience and passion for building strong camp communities. From his earliest days as a camper, he was immersed in the friendships, challenges, and traditions that make camp so special.

A graduate of The American University’s School of Public Affairs in Washington, D.C., and Chicago Waldorf before that, Kasper has worn many hats at camp—helping with food planning and cooking, managing gear selection and maintenance, overseeing finances, and now serving as Director of Adventure Camps. With a certificate in camp directing and leadership from the American Camp Association, he is passionate about creating spaces and experiences where young people can grow, connect, and thrive.

Kasper loves how Adventure Camps foster lasting, evolving communities that pick up right where they left off each summer. As Director, he is actively working to develop a future home for Adventure Camps, ensuring its traditions and spirit continue for generations to come. Outside of camp, he enjoys still and aerial photography, exploring the outdoors, and staying engaged in the world around him.
