2025 Dates Will Be Posted In October 〰️

This summer, we’re thrilled to offer three incredible Adventure Camps — one for high schoolers and two for grade schoolers. Whether you're a seasoned camper or completely new to the outdoors, everyone is welcome to join the fun!

At Adventure Camps, we’re all about creating a community where every camper feels included and inspired. Each camp is brought to life by a passionate team of young adults, guided by experienced outdoor leaders and former campers who know how to make every moment safe, exciting, and memorable.

What makes us special? It’s the intentional community we build — where friendships flourish, confidence grows, and adventures turn into lifelong memories.

Our Menu

Rising 3rd-8th Graders

Our children’s camps offer the perfect mix of adventure, fun, and a supportive community. Whether your camper is trying something new or already loves the outdoors, we create spaces where they can grow, explore, and make lasting friendships.

All 3rd-8th graders are welcome at Camp Greenwood Lake, located in a classic camp setting in Danbury, WI with cabins and a lake!

All 4th-8th graders are invited to join us for our Coastal Camp, where we set up base camp in the sandy forests of the historic Cape Henlopen State Park—just steps away from the crashing waves of the Atlantic Ocean.

High Schoolers

Our camps for high schoolers are designed to inspire adventure, personal growth, and initiative. They offer unique opportunities for teens to develop their skills and confidence in a supportive environment. Whether they’re experienced in the outdoors or trying something new, every camper will find encouragement to step out of their comfort zones and discover what they’re capable of.

Join us for ten nights on the Namekagon River. This largely youth-led journey gives teens the chance to take on leadership roles as they paddle through breathtaking scenery, work together as a team, and set up camp along the riverbanks each evening. No prior experience is needed—just a spirit of adventure and a willingness to learn.

FOR HIGH SCHOOLERS

Our high school camps are designed to give teens a space where they can both lead and relax. We trust our campers to take on more responsibility, allowing them to make decisions, plan activities, and take on leadership roles in a supportive environment. At the same time, we offer them a break from the fast pace of school and daily life. It’s a place where they can slow down, take in the world around them, and reflect, while still being part of a community. Here, teens can challenge themselves, explore new opportunities, but also enjoy the freedom to just be—whether they’re stepping up as leaders or sitting back and enjoying the camp experience.

Our high school camps offer teens a chance to step up and take on leadership roles in ways they might not experience elsewhere. Here, we believe in trusting our campers to shape their own experience, giving them the freedom to make decisions, solve problems, and lead their peers. Whether it’s planning activities, managing responsibilities, or guiding group discussions, we invite teens to be part of the process as much as possible. It’s a place where they can truly grow—learning independence, accountability, and leadership skills in a supportive environment. Our high school camps offer teens a unique space to grow into leaders while still having the time and freedom to relax and recharge. In a world that often demands high energy and constant achievement, our camp provides a slower pace where teens are trusted to take ownership of their experience, whether leading a group activity or taking a moment to unwind by the fire. Here, they develop independence and confidence through a balance of leadership opportunities and moments of reflection, learning to embrace both responsibility and relaxation. At our camp, teens are part of the process, fostering community and traditions that make the experience truly their own.

Let’s have an Adventure!

Even saying the word is exciting. What does it take to be an Adventurer?

It takes a willingness to try and learn something new. To go somewhere you have never been before. To be willing to meet new people and to show a part of yourself that maybe you don’t at school, or at home. Part of an adventure is also to be able to take care of and be respectful of each other. We work together on an adventure. We also can learn to be very thankful for all that we are given.

When parents send their children to Adventure Camps, they can be sure their child will be well fed and cared for, teeth brushed and hair combed! But more importantly, they will be listened to and guided safely into this new adventure, be it backpacking, camping on a beach, canoeing, or exploring the woods. Adventurers bring back to their parents new capacities to love.
