This summer, we’re thrilled to offer three incredible Adventure Camps — one for high schoolers and two for grade schoolers. Everyone is welcome to join the fun, whether you're a seasoned camper or completely new to the outdoors!
“The best way to foster…inner strength is simple: … let [young people] overcome problems and learn that they are capable of strength and growth.”
- Steve Baskin, Chair of American Camp Association

EXPLORE OUR CAMPS
Real Adventure • Real Connection • Real Growth
Adventure Camps is a nonprofit offering screen-free, nature-based overnight camps where children and teens grow in confidence, connection, and joy — through real friendships, shared responsibility, and vibrant community.
Rooted in over 50 years of tradition, our camps help young people discover who they are and feel fully themselves. Campers unplug, explore the natural world, and return home with stronger friendships, new skills, and a lasting sense of belonging.
Guided by passionate young adults and experienced mentors, our programs reflect core values like collaboration, resilience, presence, creativity, and reverence for nature.
We offer three unique camps across the Midwest and East Coast — each one a space to grow, play, and be truly seen.

Coastal Camp
June 23 - July 1, 2025 • Lewes, Delaware
Rising 4th - 8th Graders
All 4th-8th graders are invited to Coastal Camp, where we set up base camp in the sandy forests of the historic Cape Henlopen State Park—just steps from the crashing waves of the Atlantic Ocean. Join us for nine nights of kite flying, swimming in the ocean, exploring historic landmarks, playing games, singing, and so much more!
Canoe Camp
July 22 - August 1, 2025 • Trego, Wisconsin
Rising 9th - 12th Graders
Canoe Camp is for teens roughly ages 14–18, including those entering high school and recently finishing it. This ten-night journey down the beautiful Namekagon River in Wisconsin invites participants to paddle by day and camp by night—building deep friendships while learning to cook, set up camp, and support one another as a team. From swimming and songs to meaningful fireside conversations, this camp offers a unique chance to slow down, reflect, and grow together in nature—along with plenty of singing, games, exploring, and oh-so-much fun!
Camp Greenwood Lake
August 5 - August 16, 2025 • Danbury, Wisconsin
4th - 8th Graders
All 3rd-8th graders are welcome at Camp Greenwood Lake, set in a classic camp setting in Danbury, WI, where cabins and a pristine lake create the perfect backdrop for our eleven nights filled with singing, swimming, paddleboarding, exploring, and sharing in the joy of community.
